Thank you all for your patience and support ❤️
After releasing Patch 2.0 and a follow-up hotfix, we’re happy to finally bring you the next big step forward.
We’re especially excited to deliver the Save Converter, allowing you to continue your journey using save files from before Patch 2.0. This feature is currently in BETA. Due to major differences between the legacy save system and the new one, not every scenario could be tested by our small team.
On top of that, Patch 2.1 includes:
-
New features (including placing the Caravan Chest anywhere!)
-
General gameplay improvements
-
UX/UI polish
-
New animations & VFX
-
Optimization and Quality of Life changes
-
Numerous bug fixes
… and more!
You can now convert legacy save files from before Patch 2.0 and continue your journey in the new and improved Chinese Frontiers experience.
This feature is currently in BETA. Due to major differences between the legacy save system and the new one, not every scenario could be tested by our small team.
If you encounter any issues, please let us know — they will be addressed in upcoming hotfixes.
Important!
The converter always creates a copy of your legacy save.If something doesn’t work as expected, your original save is safe and you can convert it again at any time.
We’re extremely proud to finally deliver this feature to players who have been with us from the very beginning 😄
